Tottenham vs West Ham Injury Report: Kane, Sissoko, Winks, Lamela, Chicharito, Wilshere

Despite sitting in third place, Tottenham Hotspur landed no one on the PFA Team of the Year that was announced today. Manchester City and Liverpool co-dominated the team, as City placed six players on the team, Liverpool four.

Spurs look set to finish in the top three yet again, and this season may be the best managerial job that Mauricio Pochettino has ever done. With no support from the board in the transfer market and a slew of injuries to deal with, Poch still has Spurs looking pretty good right now. Up next is a Premier League fixture at home against West Ham United. Let’s take a look at the fitness report for both sides, starting with the visitors.

Chicharito should come back into the fold after the Mexican striker sat out the draw with Leicester City due to an ear issue.

Aaron Cresswell has returned to training and faces a late fitness test for this clash. Long time Arsenal man Jack Wilshere made an appearance, his first of 2019, off the bench against Leicester, as he’s now comeback from the ankle injury that kept him out several months.

We’ll see if he’s in line for more minutes against his old north London rivals. Finally for the Hammers, Manuel Lanzini is a doubt due to a hamstring issue.

For Spurs, Harry Kane, Moussa Sissoko, Erik Lamela and Serge Aurier remain out of commission while Harry Winks is a doubt.

The overall injury and fitness landscape leaves Pochettino short on selection options in midfield.
