Twist in Harry Kane Transfer Saga as Manchester City Make Breakthrough

As per a report from The Sun, Manchester City are set to sign Harry Kane after Tottenham Chairman Daniel Levy agreed to a deal. The England captain has been one of the best players in the Premier League for several years now. This was evidenced by him topping both the goals and assists charts last season and his very nearly leading the Three Lions to glory at the Euros.

According to the report, Kane will move to Manchester in a deal that is said to be worth around £160million and it will earn the star forward a salary of about £400,000-a-week.

Tottenham Closing in on Erik Lamela Plus Cash for Bryan Gil Deal

As per journalist Fabrizio Romano, Tottenham are closing in on securing a swap deal for Sevilla winger Bryan Gil by sending Erik Lamela plus cash the other way.

The 20-year-old is a highly rated youngster who spent last season on loan at Eibar where he impressed with a number of good performances. That run of form culminated in the player getting called up to the national team where he made his debut earlier this year.

Tottenham Hotspur are holding the line, saying that Harry Kane will not be leaving the club this summer. Multiple reports claim that Manchester City will go all out to sign him. While this transfer saga is plenty tedious enough already, we have almost certainly not heard the end of it yet.

Per a report from Football London, Tottenham Hotspur are interested in securing the services of striker Danny Ings from Southampton FC. The Englishman has transformed his career ever since moving to the Saints from Liverpool. His excellent form has seen the forward notch up 41 league goals since arriving at St. Mary’s Stadium.

The Athletic had earlier reported that Ings refused an offer to extend his contract with Southampton. There are only 12 months left on the 28-year-old’s current deal and he could leave for free at the end of next season.

Raheem Sterling Reportedly Open to Leaving Manchester City

England and Manchester City winger Raheem Sterling has been absolutely tearing it up at Euro 2020, showing the world his elite level talents, skills and abilities. Scoring Three Lions’ first three goals of the tournament, and assisting on another, Sterling has made it clear what any potential new suitor would be getting, should he hit the open market.
