It wasn’t until the last couple of weeks that Liverpool finally get hit by serious injuries this season. The Reds have unfortunately been without key piece Adam Lallana since the last international break, when he injured his groin in England’s friendly against Spain.
The good news for Liverpool is that Lallana is getting better and he’s been a full participant in training the past few days. He faces a late fitness test, but it’s possible that he could see some action at Bournemouth.

Roberto Firmino and Divock Origi should also be available for selection in this one.
Firmino took a knock to the calf late against Sunderland last Saturday and he’s been hobbled for much of the week in training. Origi was hobbled at the end of the League Cup quarterfinal at Leeds, but was able to stay on and he hasn’t had any problems since.
The news isn’t as good for two other Liverpool stars. Philippe Coutinho damaged ligaments in his ankle in the first half against Sunderland and will miss 5-6 weeks of time. Daniel Sturridge is battling a calf issue and won’t be available against Bournemouth.
Joe Gomez is also coming closer to a possible role on the bench, having featured in the past few games for the U-23s. The only other Liverpool player on the injury report is Danny Ings, who is out for the season with a knee injury.
