One bold Liverpool supporter stepped up to the plate and took a swing and becoming the next club Manager, once Brendan Rodgers was sacked. You’ve might have heard how the coaching search ended. This Klopp guy they brought in from Germany, he’s supposed to be pretty good.
This specific Reds fan sent an application in to Anfield listing out all his “qualifications.” Those included his overseeing Portsmouth Premier League and Champions League double-winning side on the video game “FIFA 15.” His name is Adam Kneale, and he posted his “thanks, but no thanks” style letter on Facebook.
The letter was issued on behalf of Liverpool Chief Executive Ian Ayre
Kneale captioned the photo with “well, it was worth a try.”
“Unfortunately, we are unable to process your interest at this time as we are looking for someone with more experience in the professional game,” the letter read.
“In relation to the experience that you have provided; taking Portsmouth Football Club from the 2nd Division and going on to winning the Premier League and Champions League in four seasons on FIFA 15, it is not the required standard of experience that we are looking for at this time.”
Klopp Kop it is for Liverpool now.
