Manchester United legend Cristiano Ronaldo is having some issues with the new Real Madrid Manager Rafael Benitez. It seems they just do not see eye-to-eye, and the situation is getting worse. This has been widely discussed in the tabloids over the past couple of days.

Many gossip publications have also claimed that Manchester United are working towards re-signing Ronaldo after his bust-up with Rafael Benitez. I still don’t think Ronaldo is coming back to Old Trafford any time soon. We’ve covered the many reasons why CR7 wouldn’t be leaving in detail here.

Spanish publication AS reported on June 22nd that the Real talisman is “[annoyed] at the ongoing treatment of two of his closer friends at the club: Iker Casillas and Sergio Ramos,” and is currently “agitated” at the Bernabeu. (ESPN FC)

With Casillas moving on to Porto, and Ramos in rumors all summer; mostly linked to Manchester United, I can understand why this narrative is so prevalent right now. You have one of the top two players in the world having drama with his new boss. It’s a situation extremely conducive to providing good material for a transfer rumors.

I have no doubt that Ronaldo is feeling a lot of tension. I completely believe that United want to bring him back. We heard all October how the club was recruiting him; even Sir Alex Ferguson got involved.

But I still don’t see CR7 coming back any time soon. Transfers can be complicated; especially when you have arguably the most valuable player in the world. Until I see Ronaldo wearing a red United kit again, I won’t believe it’s happening.
