Striker Romelu Lukaku certainly polarizes opinion among the Manchester United fan base. Perhaps his latest show of team spirit will change some opinions of him among the supporter base? Lukaku has taken his £250,000 Rolls Royce Ghost and repainted it in MUFC colors.
The high end luxury automobile was primarily white, with a big black streak down the center and a purple tinted windshield. Now it’s all black with red trim.
The Daily Mail did a story on this, posting the following juxtaposition:
The Mail writes that Lukaku’s “girlfriend Sarah Mens was spotted taking the new look motor out for a spin round Hale village on Monday afternoon.” You can check out more photos of the Lukaku car at their story link, or at the Daily Mirror, who also posted an article on this topic.
Perhaps giving his ride a fresh new look is the manner in which the Belgian is celebrating his goal at West Bromwich Albion yesterday. Lukaku was very subdued in the celebration of his scoring strike, which was a stark contrast from how he reacted to scoring goals in the past. United manager Jose Mourinho gave an explanation to why that might be.
