Crisis, what crisis? Remember when Marouane Fellaini said Manchester United was in a little crisis; after losing three matches all in just one week? Of course you do, it was just two weeks ago.

That’s all ancient history now, as United scored four goals on the defending champions in just the first half alone.

Obviously, there are many story lines today but the demotion of Wayne Rooney is at or near the top of the list. It finally happened, just like the fans have long been clamoring for. The England and United Captain began the game on the bench.

His replacement, Juan Mata, was considered to be one of the first players to be out the Old Trafford door when Jose Mourinho took over. Instead, he’s become a very important player on this team, and he scored his second goal on the season today.

His brace was the second of the match, with defender Chris Smalling opening up the scoring. Smalling achieved his first goal since the Manchester derby last April.

Marcus Rashford continued to stay in fine form, as propelled United to the back of the net for the third time today, but the real story is Paul Pogba. The World’s most expensive player was man of the match today. He led in touches, he pushed forward in attack. He converted a header for his first Man United goal.

Yes, Pogba day indeed.

Even hours after the match concluded, Paul Pogba is still breaking Twitter.

-Finally, a highlight from the other side. There was a  late stand-out goal & display for Leicester City by Demarai Gray. It was meaningless as Manchester United wrapped things up by then, but the scoring strike was indeed a thing of beauty.

This video allows fans to see more of Gray’s potential, quick footwork and dribbling ability .
