David Moyes is certainly a man under fire these days. Moyes has managed a Manchester United team that is 9 points behind first Arsenal and winless in their last four. Moyes is getting the brunt of the blame for the Red Devils problems, although the midfield has certainly been criticized quite a bit as well.
Heading into the next Premier League match versus Aston Villa, David Moyes is being eviscerated in the media, mainstream media, social media, the comments section of this site. You can understand why as United has lost 5 games this year, which already equals their loss total from all of last year.
So here’s some of what internet commenters are saying in their critique of David Moyes
-definitely agree wt the line that says, Moyes needs to have a go at someone or show anger at someone’ since this boys aren’t just playing the united way at all…even in victory secured yesterday over Shaktar Donesk u could see a most lack luster performance and a team bereft of self-confidence and panache. I do not believe in any transition period for Moyes as Guaordiola, Pellegrini, Mourihno, et al are not talking of any transition period, so get down to real business and stop messing up with man utd- a global brand
-WHERE IS THE CLUB OF EDIN HARZAD
-Yellow face manager moyes, suck and lick the buttock of the fan managers…
We will storm you and your family if you do not step down… Useless manager…
We do not wanna to see you at trafford…
-Please mr moyes must buy players in summer in order to improve to top 4
-pliz moyes, make us shine again. Find and Sign new players in the midfield. Thx
-Mr moyes without people lik juan mate and mr d real madrid u can never go to the top.
Fox Sports Eric Wynalda on David Moyes:
“That might be the problem though if it’s his way. I look at this as a major corporation that has lost its CEO, Sir Alex Ferguson, and now it has lost its direction. If it is going to be about Moyes’ way, they don’t need to change anything. There is a Manchester United way of doing things and he’s got to figure that out. The employees aren’t happy and they are not performing.”
