Tottenham transfer rumors

Last year saw Tottenham Hotspur reach the UEFA Champions League round of 16, where they crashed out at the hands of Juventus 4-3 on aggregate. Now they’re back at the same stage of the prestigious European competition, obviously looking to advance further. Once again they’ll face a team in the round of 16 that’s destined to win their domestic league and to do so comfortably.

Borussia Dortmund, who have been ruling the German Bundesliga roost this season, come into London as slight underdogs. Let’s take a look at who Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino may select in his first team to face BVB, and thus continue on his quest to secure the first trophy of his era at the north London side.

Fun fact, despite their current trophy drought, which has been very highly publicized, Tottenham Hotspur has won the fifth-most elite honors (26) among English football clubs.
