It’s been well documented just how much Paul Pogba loves to engage in two physical activities when he’s away from the pitch- dancing and basketball. He posts videos of his dance parties on Instagram quite frequently. Last summer, a couple weeks before he signed his £89.3 million deal to return to United, photos of Pogba playing basketball in a full Lebron James Cleveland Cavaliers uniform made the internet rounds.
However, his recreational basketball playing is now being discouraged, according to The Sun, who write that:
“SunSport understands that Manchester United’s medical staff feel Pogba’s obsession with shooting hoops could aggravate his hamstring problem.”
In a related story, Paul Pogba seems to be taking up martial arts and going “Bruce Lee style” in his recovery.

Pogba’s hamstring injury, suffered in United’s UEFA Champions League opener at home versus FC Basel, was recently re-classified as “long term,” and could possibly keep him out until November.
He seems highly unlikely to play in the rivalry clash at Liverpool in ten days. Obviously, playing basketball doesn’t help the situation, as running up and down and jumping on a very hard surface isn’t the greatest thing in the world for rehabilitating your legs.
