Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho lashed out at the media last Friday and tonight he kicked his acrimony for reporters up a notch. The Portuguese manager is under a ton of pressure right now and gasoline was added to the fire with a shocking 3-0 loss at home to Tottenham Hotspur on Monday night.
Have a watch of the video below (it has 2.4M+ views for a reason) as it shows Mourinho’s closing tirade, and then his leaving the room before the press conference was completed.

“Do you know what was the result? 3-0. 3-0,” he said as he held up three of his fingers.
“Do you know what this means? 3-0, but it also means three Premierships, and I won more Premierships alone than the other 19 managers together. Three for me and two for them. Respect, respect, respect …”
Mourinho won three PL titles during the two periods in which he was manager of Chelsea. In case you’re scoring at home, the only other active Premier League managers to claim the trophy both did it with Manchester City: Pep Guardiola (last year) and Manuel Pellegrini (2014), who is now with West Ham United.
Jose Mourinho was even more contentious and defensive with the media this week than he was last weekend when he gave a very sarcastic answer to a female reporter.
Earlier, the embattled United boss threw in another blatant and overt dig at the media.
“You want to make the miracle of my team played so well and strategically, we were so so good and you want to try and transform this,” Jose Mourinho said.
“You have to tell me what is the most important thing. When I win matches, I come here many times and you are not happy and you say the most important is the way of playing. I need to know what is the most important thing, if it is is to play well or win matches?”
Yikes! The so-called “third season syndrome” has definitely arrived now.
