Arsenal and Chelsea target Sami Khedira could make a stunning move to the Premier League for free at the end of the season, according to reports from the Daily Star. Free, that’s right free. No money down for the World Cup winner with the German National team. The Real Madrid midfielder has also been linked in rumors this past summer to Manchester United. However most of the reports had him heavily tied to Arsenal.
There were numerous stories during Die Manschafft’s glorious World Cup run that claimed Sami Khedira to Arsene Wenger’s side was a done deal. Obviously, it didn’t happen that way.
So which way could Sami Khedira go? Arsenal or Chelsea? From Football Fan Cast:
The rangy enforcer could be tempted by life at the Emirates Stadium, where he would join up with compatriots such as Lukas Podolski, Per Mertesacker and Mesut Ozil.
Likewise he could link up with a figure from his past at Chelsea.
Jose Mourinho coached Khedira while in charge of Real, and is known to be a massive fan of the ex-Stuttgart ace
