Behold this man, he is the next animated sports fan who will soon become a GIF, a meme and more online. He’s a frustrated and upset Arsenal FC supporter who appears to have potentially reached his breaking point with his club. Perhaps the 2-1 loss at Bournemouth today is a bridge too far for this guy and his support for the team.
Maybe he’ll remain loyal to the team after the shock defeat, and today’s result is not actually the straw that breaks the Arsenal FC fandom back. Either way, he’s trending on social media, going viral online, and getting a lot of television airtime worldwide.
He appears to be yelling “RUBBISH! THIS IS RUBBISH!”

“RUBBISH”

Arsenal is a top trending term worldwide on Twitter now, and most of that is due to supporters venting their frustration, and supporters of rivals enjoying their schadenfreude. Arsenal are now 23 points off the pace for the league lead, and that’s with Manchester City having a game in hand.
They’re also five points outside the top four, and that’s behind a Liverpool team that also has a game in hand.
As it’s a rough day to be an Arsenal fan, here are some of the more entertaining Tweets that we saw today on this topic.

Yes, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain opened the scoring in this weekend’s headliner fixture, Manchester City at Arsenal. This just provided yet another reason for Arsenal FC supporters to get upset.
