Striker Robin van Persie got out of his personal scoring drought with an amazing finish that helped Manchester United cruise to a 3-1 win over lowly Leicester City today.
RVP scored his first goal in well over a month to give United the lead. Another high-priced striker who’s battled fitness issues this season, Radamel Falcao, also made got on the scoresheet.
You also had Wes Morgan of Leicester contributing an own goal to give United a solid, comfortable victory.

There are some who believe that Manchester United haven’t really made much progress under Louis van Gaal. Well, they looked really good today, albeit versus very weak competition.
