Tottenham Hotspur Starting XI Prediction vs Huddersfield Town

Tottenham Hotspur have what can be considered “a breather” of sorts when they welcome Huddersfield Town to their new home for a Premier League fixture on Saturday. Sure, it’s a top flight regular season game, so anything can happen, and no one should be taken for granted, but this is also the best chance for Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino to rotate his squad.

Tottenham beat Manchester City in midweek, but they still have two more meetings against the reigning champions and quadruple contenders within an 11 day span, so they will need to rest some of the starters at some point, and facing the already relegated Terriers provides the perfect opportunity.

Tottenham have one five and drawn once in the last six meetings against the Premiership’s bottom side, so they certainly have had the upper hand, to say the least, in the recent series.

Look for Pochettino to field a first team that contains a healthy mix of starters and reserves.
