Lots of Liverpool transfer gossip emerging today from all corners of the world, all across the web. So let’s get this party started.

–Liverpool have ended their pursuit of Alexis Sanchez as Arsenal are closing on signing the Chilean hero. says the Daily Mirror. 

-According to The Sun, Liverpool target Dejan Lovren has blasted Southampton for trying to price him out of his dream move. The Daily Star had a very similar  take on the situation: LFC being told they must raise their bid to $42.8million if they want to sign the Croatia central defender.

–Benfica’s Serbian winger Lazar Markovic will become a worldwide star when he completes a move to Liverpool, says his international boss Ljubinko Drulovic. This story comes from the Daily Mail. 

Chewy Luis is the news yet again. Of course, we close our Liverpool transfer gossip with discussing him and Barcelona. So what’s the latest in his potential move to Camp Nou? (Which would then make it “Chomp Nou”) Two stories from today:

-According to the Daily Express, Liverpool will sell Luis Suarez to Barcelona in a straight cash deal after Alexis Sanchez turned down being a makeweight in the transfer.

-According to the Daily Mail, Liverpool striker Luis Suarez is in limbo as his move to Barcelona is being held up by a dispute over how to structure the $128.5million fee.
