Today’s top news story centers around Jared Kushner, President Trump’s son-in-law and senior adviser. Friday night, yet another news bombshell broke, via the Washington Post.

WaPo informed the world that: “Jared Kushner and Russia’s ambassador to Washington discussed the possibility of setting up a secret and secure communications channel between Trump’s transition team and the Kremlin, using Russian diplomatic facilities in an apparent move to shield their pre-inauguration discussions from monitoring, according to U.S. officials briefed on intelligence reports.”

With the Donald Trump White House and Vladimir Putin/Russia we have seen endless coincidences and plenty of collaboration. However, we have not seen evidence of definitive treasonous collusion- yet. Of course, with each passing day, more news breaks which adds more pieces to the puzzle and makes one reasonable person feel like we could possibly be moving towards seeing that smoking gun soon.

Kushner has been hailed as the true architect of the Trump presidential campaign success, and he literally is as close as you can possibly get to the president. He’s also very close to an extremely wealthy and powerful Russian oligarch, one who is extremely tight with Putin. Thus, you can pretty easily draw a straight line here.

That Russian oligarch is Chelsea FC Owner Roman Abramovich, and in March news broke that he was in Colorado the same exact day as Kushner. It turns out the two men are pretty tight, and that Ivanka Trump is also very close friends with Abramovich’s wife, Dasha Zhukova.

Bianna Golodryga, Yahoo! News and Finance Anchor, said this last night during his guest appearance on the 11th Hour with Brian Williams:

“We know that Jared has been close with other Russian billionaires and oligarchs. Roman Abramovich is one of his best friends. His wife, in fact was Jared and Ivanka’s guest at the inauguration.”

“Unlike in the U.S. and with businessman in the U.S. every single oligarch in Russia has connection to one person, and that’s Vladimir Putin.”

It’s getting easier and easier to connect the dots each day.
