ESPN 2 Host Keith Olbermann advises the disgraced Lance Armstrong to “Shut Up,” because Mr. Livestrong keeps digging a deeper hole for himself every time he opens his mouth. Olbermann discusses Armstrong’s comments in the new issue of ESPN The Magazine. And it certainly doesn’t make Lance Armstrong a sympathetic figure.
Not that anything could at this point. Lance Armstrong is liar, cheat, bully, and a fraud. A man who used his cancer survivorship as a shield from criticism and was belligerent and vitriolic against those who dare call him out. Lance Armstrong is beyond damage control at this point.

Even though Lance Armstrong is impossible to redeem that doesn’t mean he stops trying. And every time he does he just falls flat on his face and looks even worse than he did before. If that’s possible for Lance Armstrong. Yes, somehow it is.
