Every minute, every second of every match now is do-or-die in what has become one of the best, most exciting Premier League title chases in recent memory. Liverpool could conceivably finish the season with 95 points, and NOT win the title.

To put that into context, reigning champions, and current table-toppers Manchester City were the first team in Premier League history to reach 100 points, and they did just last season. Let’s take a look at who Reds boss Jurgen Klopp could field in his first team when he brings the boys Tyneside on Saturday.

Rafa Benitez has shown a penchant for often parking the bus against the big six this season, and credit him, as this ugly, okay “pragmatic” style has sometimes worked to his advantage.
