Manchester United made club history in May by winning their first ever Europa League title. The triumph over Ajax in Stockholm capped the long tournament run and thrust the Red Devils back into the UEFA Champions League this season (United received their UCL group stages draw yesterday).

He’s been pegged to win world player of the year by teammate Anthony Martial. Additionally, famed broadcaster Ian Darke pegged Paul Pogba to win Premier League player of the year.
