Manchester United Manager Jose Mourinho has just won his first trophy as leader of the Red Devils. With a 3-2 EFL Cup Final win over Southampton at Wembley Stadium, he has now become the first United boss to achieve a trophy during his first season on the job at Old Trafford; just as Eric Cantona predicted. Perhaps The King’s prediction, of United winning more silverware, could indeed come true?
Will there be a so called “plastic treble” for year one of the Mourinho era at United?

Also, go here to see the controversial disallowed goal for Southampton in which the Saints might have been robbed. It was a play that could have changed the entire complexion of the game.
Nevertheless the call stood, and United went on to win. Zlatan Ibrahimovic scored the game winner with three and a half minutes left.
