Christian Pulisic and Borussia Dortmund begin their preseason tour of the United States when they take on Manchester City at Soldier Field in Chicago, IL, USA Friday night. Pulisic and BVB will take on a Man City side that will be missing an overwhelming majority of their stars, who are on holiday after having served long international tours of duty in the World Cup.
Tomorrow brings a press conference and training for both teams at the NFL stadium along Chicago’s lakeshore. As Pulisic is an American international, he will no doubt be a hot topic.
And whenever Christian Pulisic is discussed, naturally the transfer rumors that consistently surround him come up. Trying to figure out where Pulisic might go, if he leaves, if like playing online slots with a casino bonus at an online casino. There is a lot of chance and luck involved, and that’s why we often see so much wagering action on the individual players in the transfer market. An admitted Manchester United supporter in his youth, has been linked to his favorite boyhood club. The Hershey, Pennsylvania native has also been linked to Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur.
The transfer narrative surrounding a potential move to the latter club created quite a stir in media circles worldwide because it’s a text book example of how fake news can just take off and circulate, despite not having any real credibility.
On Wednesday, Pulisic responded to a question about the transfer rumors surrounding him, and it was the typical yearbook answer.
“I don’t pay much attention to [the rumours],” the young man nicknamed Wonder Boy answered.
“Right now, I’m very focused on Borussia Dortmund and having a great preseason so that I can earn minutes on the field this season — that’s all I’m focused on right now.”
“I want to continue to be as much of a part of the team as I can, I want to be on the field as much as I can, so I have to earn my position. I just want to continue to get better and score more goals and provide more assists.”
At the same news conference Pulisic humorously said that he have to be in charge of the partying while BVB are in the USA, due to the fact that he’ll be the only Dortmund player on home soil.
“I guess it’s on me to provide all the hot-spots in the U.S. We’ll see how that goes,” Christian Pulisic said.
“Of course, being American, I have those duties. I’m ready to do whatever I have to do when I’m there.”
