In Sunday night’s Chicago Bears 39-10 over the Minnesota Vikings, Devin Hester was co-MVP with a 48-yard touchdown catch through a very crappy Vikings secondary. He also added to his own NFL record for kick return touchdowns tonight. But this one was a career-best 98-yard kickoff return. Exciting to say the least, but too bad he left the game with a chest injury.
His friend Dwyane Wade, a Chicago native was there on the sideline to cheer him on.
Both have a connection to Miami. Hester went to the U. And Wade plays for the Miami Heat…or at least he would if there’s a NBA season.
