Striker Romelu Lukaku has reported back to Manchester United following his post World Cup holiday.
Lukaku had a fantastic tournament, helping lead Belgium to a historic third place finish in Russia. Before coming back to his club team though, Lukaku posted a video on his Twitter account, set to Dr. Dre’s 1992 hit “Let me Ride,” showing off how he lived large during his vacation.
In the clip, which is going CRAZY viral as it has over half a million views in the first three days (plus 14K likes and 3K retweets) Lukaku is seen riding around Los Angeles and rapping along to the NSFW lyrics penned by the Compton MC.
Lukaku shows off a mansion, luxury cars, including the £250,000 Rolls Royce he owns and the southern California sunshine, scenery and palm trees that make the region so iconic. Lukaku, who was introduced as a member of United last summer while in Los Angeles, and in a very Hollywood like manner, gives a SoCal a nice promotional video and pays homage to classic hip-hop.
Fitting, as Dr. Dre himself received a signed United shirt as his 50th birthday present in 2015.
Here is it below, but be warned of obscene and vulgar lyrics if you are going to turn the audio up at work:
