Few individuals embody, define and represent their sport the way Bruce Lee does. The iconic legend is synonymous with martial arts. Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba has taken up this physical activity while he’s away from the pitch rehabilitating in Miami, Florida.
The Frenchman paid homage to Bruce Lee with the following Instagram video below:
He captioned ” Bruce Lee style !!” and then included what are supposed to be kung fu noises, emojis and #recovery.
You can now add martial arts to the list of physical activities Pogba enjoys outside of football.
Dancing and basketball are on that list as he posts videos of his dance parties on Instagram quite frequently. Last summer, a couple weeks before he signed his £89.3 million deal to return to United, photos of Pogba playing basketball in a full Lebron James Cleveland Cavaliers uniform made the internet rounds.
Of course, news broke yesterday that United are prohibiting him from playing hoops (more on that at this link) while he recovers from the long term hamstring injury. So, I guess Bruce Lee style it is for Pogba until he returns, which will likely be awhile.
