Manchester United turned in their most convincing game of the young Premier League season thus far, having completed a very decisive 3-1 victory over arch-rival Liverpool today. Midfielder Ander Herrera scored the second goal for the club today and his second of the season across all competitions.
Here’s the footage, watch as Ander Herrera takes and converts the penalty kick, going up high and knocking it in off the crossbar.

It was a little bit reminiscent of Herrera’s goal in Champions League Playoff versus Club Brugge. On that shot he was able to slide the ball just in by the pole in the corner, as took that shot from just outside the box. On both goals, Ander Herrera showed great placement ability, putting the ball in a spot that next to impossible for the opposing goal keeper to reach it.
