Coming off a 1-0 win over West Bromwich Albion, Chelsea FC Manager Antonio Conte will look to be more dominant against Sunderland. With a starting lineup at near full fitness, there will be no excuse for Chelsea not to produce a three point result here against the absolute last place team in the entire table.
At the moment, Chelsea are three points clear of second place Arsenal, and riding a nine week winning streak.
Heading into this Stadium of Light trip, Chelsea is even further emboldened by the fact they swept the league’s monthly awards. Diego Costa was player of the month, Pedro scored the goal of the month and Antonio Conte took home the manager award for November. Morale is obviously high already, but this provides another boost that could prohibit complacency from setting in agaisnt the 20th place Black Cats.
Pedro, Diego Costa and Nemanja Matic are back to full fitness, which is more good news. Here is the link to the full match fitness/injury report.
