There should be some firewalls between your sports fandom and the rest of your life. Marriage, death (pretty much the same thing according to Al Bundy) are good places to draw the line. I’m on the fence about including your favorite team in your Twitter handle, bio, profile pics etc. I tend to go back and forth on that.
If you’re an Alabama Crimson Tide fan, Nick Saban doesn’t need to be a part of celebrating your wedding. Unless he actually shows up!

Again you don’t need Nick Saban, or whoever your favorite player or team is, to be a part of your wedding or your casket. Period. You need to have some other things going on in your life.
