College basketball Media Days season is here, so it is time for a NBA Mock Draft! The Sports Bank will be reporting live from Rosemont, IL this week at Big Ten Media Days. TSB Founder Paul M. Banks, as far as we know (but we could be wrong) is the only individual media professional to publish a mock draft in all four of the major North American sports leagues, as well as the most popular North American professional women’s sport.

He’s also the lead writer for Draft Wire, USA Today’s NFL Draft focused website. So his most recent 2027 NFL mock draft can be found there. His latest WNBA mock draft update can be found at this link.

For the most recent MLB Mock Draft, go here. And finally, here’s the link to the most recent NHL mock draft update. This NBA Mock Draft order was taken from Tankathon.

More player descriptions will be arriving during future updates. Big Ten’s Men’s Basketball Media Day is Thursday October 7.

Italicized names denote a player who is scheduled to appears at Big Ten Media Days. We’ll have many more NBA Mock Draft updates after that. Interestingly enough, the top five to seven NBA Draft prospects in the Big Ten are all not going to be at Media Days.

That is a very strange and unfortunate coincidence.

9. Washington Wizards, Amari Allen, Alabama, Forward

“I want to get more consistent with my shot, you know that can always get better,” Allen responded, when asked what he’s working on, specifically, to improve his game.

“My pace, my ball screen reads, I feel like that’s something I can get better at.

“And then just sometimes my rim decisions, knowing when to get to two, knowing when to go off of one. I feel like those are the main things I can really improve on.”

However, he also brings a lot to the proverbial table, and he discussed that too.

“I would definitely say my reads,” Allen responded, when asked what he believes are his biggest strengths as a player.

“I feel I have a good feel for the game, my IQ, I feel like I see the game super well. I don’t really get sped up.

quentin coleman

20. Brooklyn Nets (via Houston), Quentin Coleman, Illinois, G

This 5-star freshman is a 6’4″, 180-lb shooting guard from St. Louis. A first-team MaxPreps All-American, he was ranked No. 13 nationally by 247Sports, No. 15 by Rivals and No. 23 by ESPN, leading up to a No. 17 ranking by 247Sports Composite and No. 23 by Rivals Industry.

“Quentin is one of the most competitive players I watched in the Class of 2026. He is an elite competitor, so it’s no surprise that winning is in his DNA,” reads the statement attributed to Illini head coach Brad Underwood, when Coleman committed.

“He understands how to compete and play alongside other great players and elevate himself and his teammates. He did that in the EYBL with Brad Beal Elite, winning Peach Jam, and with Principia, winning two straight state titles.

“Quentin is obviously a gifted offensive player, scoring it at all three levels, and he will be an elite defender as well.

“We are excited about adding him to our roster; he is a great fit with our returning pieces.”

21. LA Clippers (via Toronto), Ivan Kharchenkov, Arizona, SF

26. Philadelphia 76ers, Dame Sarr, Duke, G/F

david mirkovic

27. Boston Celtics, David Mirkovic, Illinois, Forward

An incredibly tough rebounder and defender, Mirk is a do-everything kind of player. Not just a shooter, but a scorer as well, he was arguably the most popular player on the Illinois Final Four team of last year.

His colorful personality and phenomenal soundbites have a lot to do with that. Mirkovic to the Celtics just feels like a perfect NBA mock draft projection. Go here for an exclusive with Mirkovic.

28. Brooklyn Nets (via New York Knicks), Alijah Arenas, USC, Guard

Just do not see what the hype is with this guy. And yes, I do know who is father is. But did you see his shooting percentages last season? Overrated city.

29. Oklahoma City Thunder (via San Antonio Spurs), Trey McKenney, Michigan, Guard

Loved the “shock the world” bit UM did when they won the national title last year. Yes, a #1 seed who was favored to win the tournament, who blew opponents out every step of the way, won. How “shocking.”

Especially when you consider that they were the best team that money could buy, to boot.

andrej stojakovic

30. Toronto Raptors (via Oklahoma City Thunder), Andrej Stojakovic, Illinois, Guard

Stojakovic is a bucket getter on offense; a true scorer, and not just a shooter. He’s a phenomenal defender as well. So he really is a true “two way player.” For more on/an interview with Stojakovic go here.
