Luke Shaw has finally returned to full training for Manchester United, handing the Red Devils a major fitness boost. Out since August with a severe muscular injury, Shaw could feature off the bench at Everton on Sunday. Also returning to training this week is Aaron Wan-Bissaka, meaning that MUFC now have their first choice right and left backs in the mix again, at the same time, finally.

AWB missed out on the win over Luton Town due to an unspecified illness.

Elsewhere Lisandro Martinez is back at the training base, but remains a few weeks away from featuring. Rasmus Hojlund is a strong doubt here, having pulled out of Denmark duty this past international period due to injury.

So did his countryman Christian Eriksen, who is a couple weeks away from being available again.

Starting goalkeeper Andre Onana pulled out of international duty with Cameroon due to a back injury, but he is expected to be fine for the trip to the blue side of Mersey.

Casemiro, Jonny Evans and Amad Diallo remain out as long-term injury absentees while Jadon Sancho remains frozen out of the squad entirely. He will likely never suit up for United again.

Shifting gears to the Toffees, Dele Alli and Andre Gomes remain sidelined as long-term injury absentees but Seamus Coleman is still hoping to be back to full fitness for this one.

Key midfielder Amadou Onana is a fresh fitness doubt, as he picked up a calf injury while with Belgium this past international break.
