Football meeting football (American style) is trope that is more and more common these days. Maybe the strongest marriage between the two sports exists between the NFL and Tottenham Hotspur. The new Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, whenever it finally opens, will replace Wembley Stadium as the new home of the National Football League in London.
Tottenham, and their talisman Harry Kane, got in on the ground floor of the NFL’s expanding their presence in the United Kingdom market. Kane, a huge fan of Tom Brady and the New England Patriots, modeled this new Spurs, NFL style jersey.
Just released today, it is the #10 of course.

The shirt was made by Nike who have already created similar products for Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain.
The NFL has already announced more regular season games in London next season as the games which have been staged in the English capital have drawn very well. It’s possible we could see a Super Bowl in London someday, and maybe even perhaps a NFL franchise located there, and playing their home games at the new White Hart Lane facility.
