Liverpool Predicted XI at LASK: Gomez, Szoboszlai, Ngumoha Could All Start

Liverpool manager Andoni Iraola will likely shuffle his lineup on Wednesday night, when his side travels to LASK Linz for UEFA Champions League matchday two of eight. In making our projection, we rotated Joe Gomez and Rio Ngumoha in, which would then send Jeremy Jacquet and Lewis Koumas to the bench. We were tempted to also go with Federico Chiesa, over Florian Wirtz, but ultimately decided that Iraola needs to keep the team pretty strong, while also rotating the squad.

Kickoff: Wed. Oct 14, 5:45pm

Venue: Raiffeisen Arena, Linz, Austria

Liverpool FC Preview Material: Team News    Predicted Starting XI

UCL Standing, Form: Liverpool 13th, 3 pts  W  LASK Linz  27th, 0 pts, L

Result Probability, According to Google: Liverpool win 76%   Draw 14%   LASK Linz win 10%

Whether he takes the advice or not, well, this is just our opinion. With Ryan Gravenberch now suspended for domestic clashes, he should get a first team assignment here, because he remains available for UEFA competition.

We also think that Dominik Szobozlai will shake off his minor injury and be fit to play in this one.
