In high school my Spanish class was an absolute joke. It was so easy and we didn’t have to memorize any of the verb conjugation charts. Well, when I got to college a few weeks ago I kind of expected the same thing. That wasn’t the case. So it was kind of a rude awakening for me and I’ve been studying really hard to learn all of my vocabulary and conjugations. I guess that with a foreign language, it’s best to just throw yourself into the language completely and that’s definitely what’s happening.
I’ve been looking up all kinds of tips with my clearwire internet to find some ideas on how I can make my studying even more effective. I’ve also found some really great resources for hearing people speak Spanish, which will be part of my tests.
I think that this foreign language class for Spanish will work out well. Let’s see if I say that after I get the grade back on my first test back, though. But if it isn’t what I was hoping for, I’ll just have to adjust my studying habits.
