Sarah Jones, Cincinnati Bengals Cheerleading Captain gets animated (video)

Remember our good friend Sarah Jones who was once a member of the Cincinnati Bengals cheerleading squad? The former schoolteacher is being indicted on charges of having sex with a student. A grand jury in Kentucky indicted Sarah Jones, 26, who is also a ninth-grade English teacher, of first degree sexual abuse and unlawful use of electronic means to induce a minor to engage in sexual or other prohibited activities.

Jones allegedly had sex with a student at her apartment four or five times, a crime punishable by up to five years in prison. “Unlawful use of electronic devices to solicit illegal activity” means she sent allegedly sent flirty text messages. That’s another possible five years in jail.
In October 2009, Bengals players called her saying they saw a posting on TheDirty.com claiming she had been seen around town with a Cincinnati Bengals player and had sex with the entire Bengals football team.

Bengals Cheerleader/schoolteacher, pleads NOT GUILTY to SEX with student charges!

I guess when there’s preliminary clouds of smoke, fire soon follows. Or Kentucky women who parade around in bikinis in public aren’t as wholesome as you previously thought.

Update CBS News:

The Chicago Sun Times reports the 26-year-old Jones, the captain of the Ben-Gals cheerleading squad, pleaded not guilty in Kenton Circuit Court to first-degree sexual abuse. She also pleaded not guilty to unlawful use of electronic means to induce a minor to engage in sexual or other prohibited activities.

Meanwhile, Jones’ mother was also indicted. Cheryl Jones faces a single charge of tampering with evidence. Cheryl Jones is the principal at Twenhofel Middle School and was placed on paid administrative leave, according to Dixie Heights Superintendent Terri Cox-Cruey.

Bengals Cheerleader who won $11 Million Now Being Investigated

Remember our good friend Sarah Jones who was once a member of the Cincinnati Bengals cheerleading squad? In October 2009, Bengals players called her saying they saw a posting on TheDirty.com claiming she had been seen around town with a Cincinnati Bengals player and had sex with the entire Bengals football team.

Jones eventually won $11 million in a libel lawsuit stemming from that situation, and publicly confronted the website owner Nik Richie who published those lies. Jones and Richie later came face to face on “Anderson.”

But Jones’ story is not over and more controversy surrounds her, as it is now the former Ben-Gal herself being investigated!
