From May 18 – May 25, The San Diego Padres will be dedicating their home stand to Stand Up To Cancer (SU2C), as The Padres will donate $5 for every ticket sold via SU2C’s promo code.
In addition, team General Manager Jed Hoyer will donate $100 to SU2C for every win this season. San Diego is currently 12-19, 7.5 half back in the NL West. But they are expected to contend this season after having such a promising first 2/3 of the 2010 season.
The Padres have also created a co-branded web page to encourage fans to donate to SU2C which can be seen here:
