Tottenham Hotspur had a summer transfer window for the ages (spending almost £400m), and it stayed buzzing pretty much the whole time. It started with a boom in June, kept going strong in the middle (July, when they shattered their club records for transfer spending) and saw activity carry through to the final hours of deadline day. Several deals were concluded today, covering the likes of Pape Matar Sarr, Kevin Danso, Mikey Moore, Tosin Adarabioyo, Kota Takai, Mykhailo Mudryk and Souza.

Pape Matar Sarr and Kevin Danso

We grouped these two together because manager Roberto de Zerbi just said, over the weekend that they specifically had asked him to leave the club. Sarr goes to Juventus on loan is for the entire season, on a deal that includes a permanent buy option of €28m (£24m).

As for Danso, he goes out on loan to Sunderland, with the Black Cats paying a fee of £2.5m for the arrangement.

The move will be made permanent next summer, for a fee of £22.5m, provided Sunderland stays up in the top flight.

Mikey Moore

By the way, it’s worth mentioning that all these deals are finalized and official, with the fees being widely reported in several very credible publications. Moore is a very promising and rapidly developing footballer, as he won the PFA Scotland Young Player of the Year award, last year, when he was on loan at Rangers. This year’s loan move is to FC Koln.

Mykhailo Mudryk

We covered this one in detail yesterday, as Murdyk goes on season long loan from Chelsea. We have since learned that the deal includes an option to buy the Ukrainian winger for £75 million ($101.37m), so uhm, yeah, ok, there is that. A price tag like that, for a player of this level, basically says “no, you definitely won’t be buying him.”

Tosin Adarabioyo

Another Chelsea fringe player that needed to move in order to get playing time, Tosin joins Mudryk in making the switch from west to north London. The Japanese defender moves for a fee of about £7m. The duo become the first players to move from Chelsea to Tottenham since 2009.

Kota Takai

The defender has joined Belgian Pro Leagueteam Sint-Truidense VV, after spending last season on loan at BorussiaMönchengladbach in the Bundesliga.

Souza

The Brazilian fullback has moved on to FC Porto
