Alexis Sanchez will begin his Manchester United career in the starting XI at Yeovil Town in a FA Cup fourth round tie. Many thought, since the Red Devils were facing a League Two (the fourth tier of English football) side, the Chilean would only play a few minutes, and do so in a substitute appearance.
However, manager Jose Mourinho named his first team, and it includes Alexis. So while he probably will not play all 90, he is going to see plenty of time tonight.

Also noteworthy, the long awaited return of captain Michael Carrick. This will be just his second appearance this season, as he’s been dealing with procedures to repair an irregular heart rhythm. His other appearance came in September’s League Cup match against Burton. So this is about as newsworthy a line-up reveal as we’ve seen in recent memory.
As an added bonus, here are some of the first pictures of Alexis Sanchez in action in a Man United uniform.

Enjoy the match and happy Alexis day.
