Manchester United didn’t quite meet the challenge put forth by interim manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer- winning ten in a row right off the bat, but they came awfully close. After winning their first eight with the Norwegian in charge, United were just three minutes from defeat Tuesday night at home versus Burnley, but they battled back and rescued a point in “Fergie Time.”
The ending was very encouraging in regards to what may lay ahead for this club. Now United will look to get a new winning streak started, but going to Leicester City will be a formidable task, as the mid table Foxes have fought fiercely against the big six this season.
United lie just two points off the pace for the top four, but still sit sixth place in the table.
