As Liverpool FC head into their League Cup round of 16 tie with Arsenal tomorrow night, manager Jurgen Klopp will likely ponder some changes with his first team.
The German has guided his side to the top of the Premier League table, and the Reds are looking strong in the Champions League as well. The League Cup is obviously lower on the priority scale, but the Merseyside club will no doubt play to win in this one. Klopp will sit some regulars, start other first team players, and that will likely be enough to get the victory.
Given Arsenal’s road form as of late, it’s hard to pick against LFC in this one. We’re also thinking the German will select a certain midfielder to be in the starting 11 against his former club.

Liverpool have won 14 straight at Anfield going back to February 27. The last time they didn’t win on Merseyside was against Bayern Munich in the Champions League Round of 16. And as you might have heard, Arsenal has some issues with their road form to say the least.
