Liverpool FC host Watford later tonight in a Premier League fixture that demands the Reds acquire all three points. Nothing else will suffice as their lead over Manchester City is down to just a single point and their recent uninspiring run of form has totally invited to this to happen.
If the Reds are to win the Premier League title and end their 29-year drought, then they must grab the title race by the scruff of the neck. Up next is a visit from a solid Watford side, and they head into this one with no fresh injury concerns. Let’s take a look at injury issues Jurgen Klopp is dealing with for this one.
Klopp preview press conference video:
Forward Roberto Firmino is a doubt, but he has yet to be ruled out completely.
The Brazilian was forced off in the first half of Sunday’s dull, tedious 0-0 draw at Manchester United after turning his right ankle, but the good news is his injury is not as serious as what had been initially feared.
If we have to guess, we’re thinking he will feature Wednesday night. Midfielder and summer acquisition Naby Keita has recovered from illness, took part in training last night and should be available for selection.

Defender Dejan Lovren (hamstring) still has a ways to go yet however.
