It’s time to talk all things transfers as the January window is now open for business. In this article we focus on Chelsea FC, the club that has been the most relevant thus far in the window. Stamford Bridge has acquired Christian Pulisic from Borussia Dortmund and sent Cesc Fabregas to AS Monaco.

They are far from done with their January transfer business, so let’s take a look at the latest rumors making the tabloid rounds today. For part one of Chelsea transfer talk, go to this link.

Starting winger Willian has sometimes been a target of Blues supporters who are very unhappy with his form, and the fact that manager Maurizio Sarri keeps selecting him in spite of that.

For the second transfer window in a row, he’s been linked with a move away from the club. However, the Brazilian has dismissed speculation that he could be on the move; reaffirming his future with his current club.

“My future is here,” said the 30 year-old. “I have one-and-a-half years on my contract left, and I want to stay until it is finished. I don’t know if the club want me to sign a new contract, but my focus is here. I would like a new contract. If they want it, I want it.”

“I have been here for five-and-a-half years, won a lot of titles. I am very happy.”

Elsewhere, Zenit midfielder Leandro Paredes has been a target strongly linked with Chelsea this transfer window, and NBC Sports has an interesting story about him: “the Argentine causing quite a stir on social media. He appeared to retweet a video saying ‘welcome to Chelsea’ before undoing that action…”

It’s well known that Chelsea want a replacement for Cesc Fabregas, and Paredes could possibly be that guy.
