The nation’s #1 recruit Shabazz Muhammad, the hero of the McDonald’s All-American game, has picked UCLA.
Yes the Kentucky Wildcats have lost this one to the UCLA Bruins. The UCLA media were right, it was a done deal- Muhammad heads to Westwood; just as they claimed last week.
The editor of Bruins Sports Report, the UCLA site for Yahoo Rivals.com went on Yahoo radio and articulated how fans and journalists alike in Southern California is coming, and bringing Tony Parker with him.
No, not the famous San Antonio Spurs point guard, once married to Eva Longoria, we’re talking about the fellow McDonald’s All-American, and possibly Jordan Adams too.
The other major recruiting service, Scout.com agrees that Muhammad and Parker are trending towards UCLA. Combine those two with Kyle Anderson and look at what a class the Bruins would have- that’s domination overnight. Of course, they’ll leave early for the NBA though.
