Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane continues to excel for both club and country. When Wayne Rooney is fit, it’s going to post quite a selection quandary for England Manager Roy Hodgson. Kane had a brilliant game tonight as Three Lions surprised reigning World Cup champion Germany 3-2.

Harry Kane scored the opening goal.

Via ESPN FC:

He is intelligent, tireless and powerful. He links up superbly with his teammates, the outstanding Dele Alli, in particular. So if Kane ends up on the bench this summer because Wayne Rooney is fit again, you’d be well advised to step away from your laptop because English Twitter will melt the screen with its fury.

A teammate of Harry Kane, Eric Dier, provided the game winning brace while Leciester City’s Jamie Vardy completed the scoring for England in the international friendly.

Kane, Alli, Dier (all three played the full 90 minutes today) and the rest of their Tottenham Hotspur teammates return to Premier League play on Saturday April 2nd, when they travel to Liverpool.
