Harry Kane has been the best thing about 2014-15 for Tottenham Hotspur this year. And now according to the Daily Mail, he’ll soon be a part of the national team.
“QPR striker Charlie Austin and Tottenham talisman Harry Kane are on the verge of a sensational call up for the England squad,” says the Mail today.
Kaner has been a scoring machine this year for Spurs and he found the back of the net again today versus Asteras Tripolis today in the group stages of the UEFA Champions League. Kane scored at 42′ six minutes after Andros Townsend converted a penalty kick in the 36′.
Harry Kane now has more goals than all but three Spurs players had all of last season. Tottenham went on to win 2-1 over the Greek side.
Again the main story today in Tripoli, Greece for the Eupoa League Group D match was Harry Kane who has scored his eighth goal in his last eight games.
