Manchester United Starting XI Prediction vs Leicester City

Manchester United have a ton of question marks, on the fitness front, heading into their first match coming out of the international break. There are five key players to be concerned about on Saturday when the Red Devils host Leicester City, and chances are that at least a couple of them will be fit for selection.

United definitely need all hands on deck. Although it’s just mid-September, this feels like a must-win, or at least must not lose, when you look at how many places higher the Foxes currently are in the standings.

Options are limited in attack for sure, and we might see some major selection issues in the back as well; depending on the next fitness update on Friday.

Is it time to drop Victor Lindelof? After all, even the Swede himself has been critical of his poor form lately. If so, then who do you pair with Harry Maguire when he faces his former club?

  1. tired and fed up of the same headless chickens running around on the field. Leicester is going to come at us guns blasing. We cannot afford any sluggish out of position midfield players. We have to play a 4 4 2 with an active midfield bothin attack and defense. and a striker who follows the ball into the box, not one who charges late in hope RASHFORD!!! Pogba will be double teamed if he plays, so we have to have another creative midfielder who can also track back in defense, GOMES!! Not midfielders who escort the opposition to the penalty area and then give away free kicks. So my 11 is Romero, Young, Maguire, Tuanzebe, Bisaka.
Gomes, Pogba, Mc Tominay, Rashford, James and Greenwood. Nuff said. Stop the same old with same results, and making too late changes to try to save the game. If you have to do SAME OLD, please make your changes on the hour mark, stop waiting for 85 mins.
