Man United Transfer Talk: Danny Rose, Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Bruno Fernandes

The rebuild of Manchester United could definitely take some time, so get ready and dig your heels in for that. The upshot is that we’ll have a summer transfer window filled with many comings and goings.

And with Manchester United linked to approximately 97,324 players already, the time is right for some Red Devils transfer talk on this motivational Monday. For the first edition of MUFC transfer talk go to this link. In this round-up we start with the latest on the player who might just be the second addition this summer transfer window- Crystal Palace right back Aaron Wan-Bissaka.

As has been widely reported, United offered £40 million for the 21-year-old, but Crystal Palace want £60m. According to the Mirror, posted just an hour ago, Old Trafford is ready to meet in the middle at £50m for the man they see as the answer to their right back problem. Antonio Valencia is exiting, Ashley Young is subpar and ineffective while Diogo Dalot is just not ready yet for the role.

If the £50m offer is accepted, Wan-Bissaka would tie Kyle Walker as the sixth most expensive defender in history; behind only Benjamin Mendy, Aymeric Laporte, Lucas Hernandez and Virgil van Dijk.

Staying in the back line, long time United target Danny Rose has made comments indicating great uncertainty about his future.

Those remarks came off with a real que sera sera laissez-faire kind of feel. The Tottenham Hotspur star seems super chill about whether he stays at White Hart Lane, or moves on elsewhere.

For the last item we shift to the midfield. Sporting Lisbon star Bruno Fernandes is on United’s wish list this summer transfer window and Old Trafford received a boost from the comments he recently made to Sport Mediaset. Metro has the quotes, in which Fernandes says he will speak to his club if an offer comes in that he can’t refuse.
