Heading into Sunday’s Premier League battle at Sheffield United, Manchester United have a slew of injury concerns. They have so many fitness issues right now that we won’t be able to cover them all until close to game time/manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s news conference on Friday, but here are some updates that are available on this monday.
Midfielder Scott McTominay suffered an ankle injury during the win at Brighton & Hove Albion last weekend and he’s now a doubt for this match after having to pull out of Scotland’s squad this international break. It’s thought that he could be missing for an additional week or two. Elsewhere, Defender Diogo Dalot posted on his Instagram:

Meanwhile Paul Pogba is hot on the comeback trail after having the cast taken off his ankle. However, his return will more likely occur the following week, or perhaps two weeks down the road. Solskjaer will also continue to be without the services of Nemanja Matic, who remains out and is actively being shopped on the trading block.
However, left back Ashley Young will be back from suspension.
