What a tremendous comeback story Luke Shaw has now realized in 2018. The Manchester United left back has now re-claimed his spot for country just as he did for club. The England roster announcement was made just a little more than an hour ago, and it includes Shaw, who has become the first choice left back over Ashley Young at United on this young season.
And Young was the player dropped by Gareth Southgate in order to make room on his roster for Shaw. This latest edition of the Three Lions squad will take to the pitch next on September 8 against Spain in the UEFA Nations League opener.
They also have a friendly on Sept. 11 against Switzerland. The full roster list is in the tweet below:

Congratulations to Luke Shaw, who will be joined on the England side by United club teammates Marcus Rashford and Jesse Lingard.
