When Liverpool hosts Toulouse on Thursday night, it will be a match that may go a long way towards determining who wins UEFA Group E, as it pits the first and second teams against each other. In other words, as far as UEL group stages matches go, this will about as fiercely contested as they get.

Hey, Reds boss Jurgen Klopp did say at the end of the last season that they were going to go all out, hard-core, in trying to win the Europa League.

We predict he holds true to that vow, even despite his side looking like true Premier League title contenders. Expect a very strong side here, loaded with first team regulars while at the same time, you can also No. 2 Caoimhin Kelleher has been banged up recently, so we think the No.1 Alisson, instead of him, gets the call in between the sticks. Curtis Jones is back from suspension, so we also see him as one of the first names filled in on the team sheet.

And even Mohamed Salah (who recently spoke about the Israel-Hamas War) will get the nod here. The face of the franchise, and maybe the Premier League itself, will start a UEL group stage clash.
