Juan Mata feels your pain Manchester United supporters. He’s just as frustrated with yesterday’s inexplicable and inexcusable loss at home to dead last place West Bromwich Albion as you are. Making yesterday’s loss even more astounding is the fact that it came just eight days after United won at league champions Manchester City.
Further perplexing is the fact that United are now as healthy a squad as they have been all season long.

“It’s one of those days that we didn’t play good enough and we tried to create some chances in the first half and in the beginning of the second, but we didn’t play quickly enough,” Mata told the club website video platform MUTV.
“We made life quite difficult for ourselves so we are all frustrated, and we understand the frustration of the fans.”
The club is extremely fortunate to have a player like Juan Mata to act as their player spokesperson; as he proverbially says all the right things, time and time again.
There really is no excuse for what happened yesterday, and the best explanation offered up by manager Jose Mourinho is his apparent belief that his team just tried to be too cute on Sunday afternoon.
